Option 1:
General advanced driving / driving improvement techniques.
Option 2:
Training to the high standards of DIAmond advanced driver, followed by the DIAmond advanced test (carried out by a DIAmond advanced examiner).
This is a 1 hour test (approx.), driving to a very high standard. A smooth progressive drive is required, covering a wide variety of road conditions. You will carry out the following manoeuvres:
- Turn in the road
- Left reverse
- Right reverse
- Reverse park
You can accumulate no more than six minor driving errors, and no serious or dangerous errors.
Option 3:
Training to the ultimate in standards – to take and pass the DIAmond special test.
This is a 90 minute test (approx.), driving almost to ‘perfection’.
A smooth, progressive drive is required, showing excellent forward planning and anticipation skills, displaying consideration for all other road users. You will carry out the following manoeuvres:
- Turn in the road
- Left reverse
- Right reverse
- Reverse park
You can accumulate no more than two minor driving errors…
Which cannot be repeated and no serious or dangerous errors (obviously!).
